Qualifications & Experience
Trained Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in the Arabic
Ed. or an equivalent teaching qualification/Diploma in Education is mandatory.
Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (such as Head of Department, Subject Coordinator, or equivalent) in a CBSE-affiliated English-medium school.
UAE teaching experience is preferred, including experience in an academic leadership or supervisory capacity.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage the Arabic Department
Thorough knowledge of the UAE Ministry of Education curriculum, assessment framework, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and support Arabic teachers to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
Ability to monitor students' academic performance, analyse achievement data, and implement improvement strategies aligned with SPEA quality standards.

SL No I & 2 - Trained Graduates/Postgraduates with three years of teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated English-medium schools. B.Ed. or Diploma in Education is mandatory. UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications and experience must be as per the rules and norms of the Sharjah Private Education Authority. All qualifications (Graduation, Post-Graduation, B.Ed.) must be obtained from regular colleges.
